Let's Jump on the Couch!
We had an uninteresting day today, as usual. We went to McDonald's for their $1.59 hamburger happy meals and then to the grocery store. I came home to realize I only have 3 diapers left for Cara and I didn't get any more at the store. OOPS!! Have you seen the new sitcom preview for Motherhood where the lady says she ran out of diapers 2 weeks previous and had been using paper towels and tape? We may be going there tomorrow! After getting home and seeing nothing worthy on TV, Merilee wanted to pull the cushions off the couch and do somersaults. So, I let her and then noticed how many crumbs there were in the couch. So the evening turned into and all out, "vacuum the entire couch", night. I found several hair bands and combs, lots of Kleenex, toy utensils, magnets, puzzle pieces, and a chip clip....no money, darn! Anyway, took some pictures for everyone.

Its too bad Cara got in the way so we couldn't see Merilee do another somersault...I love them sosoososo much and I miss you all!!--Morgan
Was very cute seeing Cara trying to do somersaults, too.
The twins didn't have such a fun day. After the time in the hospital for Marshall, and away from mom for Toby, they then had to go to the doc yesterday and get their shots! Plus poor Marshall had to get blood taken, too.
Maybe when they're feeling a bit better we'll do something really fun for them.
I keep forgetting to take the camera to the play place.

I always had fun taking off the cushions and playing with them! and I know what you mean about finding things in the couch....I am always scared to take mine off
haha! I love the fact i'm not the only one with a crumby couch! In fact, it was a sick day for my beasties and after a good dose of drugs, they were feeling active (sigh) and decided to make a fort of the couch and chair cushions. Hmmm...I definitely got out the vacuum and went to work. I did find a penny, though. Financial freedom, here I come!!
it's J-me. I def have to keep Noah feom taking the cushions off. Daily he tries to take them off and sit where they should be. You would think it woudl hurt his bottom, but he loves it. So I vacuum the couch when I vacuum the little carpet we have in our new house. THe ahrd wood floors are a pain bc I see every tiny crumb on them and sweep at least once a day...At least Noah likes to use the little dirt devil and suck up all the piles for me! I wish we were closer so the kids coudl play again. I remember moving to Cushing and Merilee being Noah's only friend...poor guy! .lol Have fun finding the unknown places the girls have stashed things....
Kids enjoy doing whatever you want to do - so I don't think their day was uninteresting at all! :o)
